  • ¼ cup rice vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 2 cups cooked rice

Instructions

  • Cook the Chicken
    In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken slices and cook until browned. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  • Sauté the Onion
    In the same skillet, add the chopped onion and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Add Pineapple and Sauce Ingredients
    Stir in pineapple chunks, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes (if using). Let the mixture simmer for a few minutes to combine the flavors.
  • Combine the Chicken and Sauce
    Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and toss everything together, making sure the chicken is well coated with the sauce.
  • Serve
