Ingredients

  • 1 cup chilled strong brewed coffee or espresso
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3 tablespoons pistachio cream
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon chopped roasted pistachios


Instructions

  1. Chill a serving glass for extra refreshment.
  2. In a blender, combine pistachio cream, heavy cream, honey, and milk until smooth.
  3. Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
  4. Pour the chilled coffee over the ice.
  5. Slowly pour the pistachio cream mixture into the glass.
  6. Stir lightly for swirled layers if desired.
  7. Top with chopped roasted pistachios and serve immediately.
