- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups breadcrumbs
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
- In a large bowl, mix mashed potatoes, cheddar cheese, parsley, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, flour, and milk until combined.
- Place breadcrumbs into one bowl and beaten eggs into another bowl.
- Scoop portions of potato mixture and flatten slightly.
- Add mozzarella cheese into the center and roll into balls.
- Dip each ball into egg and coat evenly with breadcrumbs.
- Fry in hot oil for 3 to 4 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Transfer onto paper towels to remove excess oil.
- Serve hot with dipping sauces.
