Soft and chewy protein bagels made with simple ingredients, perfect for a quick and healthy breakfast or snack.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Mix yogurt, flour, baking powder, and salt into dough.
  3. Line baking tray.
  4. Shape dough into bagels.
  5. Bake 20 to 25 minutes until golden.
  6. Brush with egg wash and add seeds.
  7. Cool slightly and serve.

Notes

  • Use thick yogurt
  • Do not overmix dough
  • Flour hands when shaping
