A fresh and crunchy broccoli and apple slaw with a creamy dressing, perfect as a light side or healthy meal.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups shredded broccoli
  • 1 large apple, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium carrot, shredded
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, honey, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  2. Add shredded broccoli, apple slices, carrot, and sunflower seeds.
  3. Toss everything together until evenly coated.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  5. Serve fresh or chilled.
