A comforting slow cooker chicken and buttered noodles dish with tender chicken and soft noodles in a rich buttery sauce.

- 700 grams chicken thighs boneless
- 300 grams egg noodles
- 80 grams butter
- 600 ml chicken broth
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 20 grams fresh parsley chopped
Instructions
- Prepare slow cooker on low.
- Add chicken, broth, garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cook for 4 hours.
- Shred chicken and return to cooker.
- Add noodles and butter.
- Cook for 30 minutes.
- Stir and serve.
Notes
- Do not overcook noodles
- Stir gently after adding noodles
- Add broth if needed for consistency
