A deliciously gooey and indulgent treat combining cookie dough, graham cracker crumbs, mini marshmallows, and melted chocolate. These s’mores-inspired bars are baked to perfection and topped with a chocolate drizzle for an irresistible dessert.

- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
Instructions

Preheat the Oven:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9-inch baking pan. -
Make the Cookie Dough:
In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. -
Add Dry Ingredients:
Add the flour, baking soda, and salt to the mixture and stir until well combined. -
Fold in Mix-ins:
Fold in the mini chocolate chips and graham cracker crumbs. -
Layer the Dough:
Press half of the dough into the bottom of the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly.
Sprinkle the mini marshmallows over the dough layer. -
Top with Remaining Dough:
Gently spread the remaining cookie dough on top of the marshmallows. -
Bake:
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the center is set. -
Cool and Drizzle:
Allow the bars to cool completely in the pan.
Drizzle the melted chocolate over the cooled bars and let it set. -
Serve:
Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
- Storage: Store these bars in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
- Add-ins: For extra flavor, you can add chopped nuts or use milk chocolate chips instead of semi-sweet.
- No-Graham Cracker Option: If you don’t have graham cracker crumbs, crushed up digestive biscuits can be a good substitute.
