A creamy no-bake strawberry chocolate tiramisu layered with chocolate-soaked ladyfingers, mascarpone cream, fresh strawberries, cocoa powder, and chocolate shavings.

- 24 ladyfingers
- 2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
- 16 ounces mascarpone cheese
- 1 1/2 cups cold heavy cream
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup milk
- 4 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, melted and cooled slightly
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup chocolate shavings
Instructions
- Chill a mixing bowl and beaters for 10 minutes.
- Whisk milk, cocoa powder, melted semi-sweet chocolate, and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Beat mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until creamy.
- Whip cold heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Fold whipped cream gently into the mascarpone mixture.
- Spread a thin layer of mascarpone cream in the bottom of a 9 by 9-inch glass baking dish.
- Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the chocolate mixture and arrange a single layer in the dish.
- Spread half of the mascarpone cream over the ladyfingers.
- Add half of the sliced strawberries.
- Repeat with another layer of dipped ladyfingers, remaining cream, and remaining strawberries.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, dust with cocoa powder and top with chocolate shavings.
- Slice and serve chilled.
Notes
- Dip ladyfingers quickly to prevent a mushy texture.
- Chill overnight for the cleanest slices.
- Add cocoa powder right before serving for the freshest look.
- Use ripe strawberries for the best flavor.
