Description

A creamy no-bake strawberry chocolate tiramisu layered with chocolate-soaked ladyfingers, mascarpone cream, fresh strawberries, cocoa powder, and chocolate shavings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 24 ladyfingers
  • 2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
  • 16 ounces mascarpone cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups cold heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, melted and cooled slightly
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup chocolate shavings

Instructions

  1. Chill a mixing bowl and beaters for 10 minutes.
  2. Whisk milk, cocoa powder, melted semi-sweet chocolate, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  3. Beat mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until creamy.
  4. Whip cold heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  5. Fold whipped cream gently into the mascarpone mixture.
  6. Spread a thin layer of mascarpone cream in the bottom of a 9 by 9-inch glass baking dish.
  7. Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the chocolate mixture and arrange a single layer in the dish.
  8. Spread half of the mascarpone cream over the ladyfingers.
  9. Add half of the sliced strawberries.
  10. Repeat with another layer of dipped ladyfingers, remaining cream, and remaining strawberries.
  11. Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  12. Before serving, dust with cocoa powder and top with chocolate shavings.
  13. Slice and serve chilled.

Notes

  • Dip ladyfingers quickly to prevent a mushy texture.
  • Chill overnight for the cleanest slices.
  • Add cocoa powder right before serving for the freshest look.
  • Use ripe strawberries for the best flavor.
