Description

Creamy no-bake cheesecake cups layered with fresh strawberries and topped with a buttery strawberry crunch crumble.


Ingredients

  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups whipped topping
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, diced
  • 3 tablespoons strawberry gelatin powder
  • 20 golden sandwich cookies, crushed
  • 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted


Instructions

  1. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Fold whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture until fluffy.
  3. Place dessert cups on a tray.
  4. Divide half of the cheesecake filling among the cups.
  5. Add a layer of diced strawberries.
  6. Combine crushed cookies, strawberry gelatin powder and melted butter.
  7. Sprinkle the strawberry crunch topping generously over each cup.
  8. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
