- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups whipped topping
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, diced
- 3 tablespoons strawberry gelatin powder
- 20 golden sandwich cookies, crushed
- 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture until fluffy.
- Place dessert cups on a tray.
- Divide half of the cheesecake filling among the cups.
- Add a layer of diced strawberries.
- Combine crushed cookies, strawberry gelatin powder and melted butter.
- Sprinkle the strawberry crunch topping generously over each cup.
- Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
