A creamy and refreshing dairy-free treat, the Strawberry Dole Whip combines frozen strawberries, pineapple, and coconut milk to create a delightful soft-serve dessert. Perfect for hot days or as a sweet indulgence anytime!

  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk (or any milk of your choice)
  • 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (optional, to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Place frozen strawberries, frozen pineapple chunks, coconut milk, honey (if using), and vanilla extract into a high-speed blender or food processor.
  • Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy. You may need to scrape down the sides and blend in intervals to achieve the perfect texture.
  • Serve immediately for a soft-serve consistency, or transfer to a piping bag for a swirled presentation.
  • Optionally, freeze for 1–2 hours for a firmer texture before serving.
  • Garnish with fresh strawberry slices or a sprig of mint if desired.

Notes

  • For a firmer texture, freeze the Dole Whip for 1–2 hours after blending.
  • You can use any milk of your choice in place of coconut milk, but coconut milk gives the dessert a creamy and tropical flavor.
  • Feel free to adjust the sweetness with honey or agave syrup based on your preference.
