Description
A creamy and refreshing dairy-free treat, the Strawberry Dole Whip combines frozen strawberries, pineapple, and coconut milk to create a delightful soft-serve dessert. Perfect for hot days or as a sweet indulgence anytime!
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups frozen strawberries
- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup coconut milk (or any milk of your choice)
- 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (optional, to taste)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Place frozen strawberries, frozen pineapple chunks, coconut milk, honey (if using), and vanilla extract into a high-speed blender or food processor.
- Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy. You may need to scrape down the sides and blend in intervals to achieve the perfect texture.
- Serve immediately for a soft-serve consistency, or transfer to a piping bag for a swirled presentation.
- Optionally, freeze for 1–2 hours for a firmer texture before serving.
- Garnish with fresh strawberry slices or a sprig of mint if desired.
Notes
- For a firmer texture, freeze the Dole Whip for 1–2 hours after blending.
- You can use any milk of your choice in place of coconut milk, but coconut milk gives the dessert a creamy and tropical flavor.
- Feel free to adjust the sweetness with honey or agave syrup based on your preference.
