Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and clear space in the fridge or freezer.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips with coconut oil (if using) in 30-second bursts, stirring between each until smooth.
- Pour melted chocolate onto the prepared sheet and spread into an even layer using a spatula.
- Add spoonfuls of peanut butter on top and swirl with a toothpick to create a marbled effect.

- Chill in the fridge for 30 to 45 minutes, or until fully set.
