- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 3 tablespoons milk
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Cream butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar together until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract and mix until combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, salt, and half of the cinnamon.
- Slowly combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients to form a soft dough.
- Mix the remaining cinnamon with a little extra brown sugar.
- Roll the dough into a rectangle and sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture evenly over the surface.
- Roll the dough tightly into a log and chill for 30 minutes.
- Slice the dough into rounds and place on the prepared baking sheets.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until the edges are lightly golden.
- Whisk powdered sugar and milk together to create the glaze.
- Drizzle the glaze over the slightly warm cookies before serving.
