Instructions
- Chill a mixing bowl and beaters for 10 minutes before starting.
- Add heavy whipping cream, cocoa powder, instant hot cocoa mix, sugar, and chocolate syrup to the chilled bowl.
- Use an electric mixer to whip the mixture until thick and fluffy peaks form.
- Fill serving glasses with ice cubes and cold whole milk.
